SHIPPING:

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $55 and free standard international shipping on orders over $150. 

Processing takes 1-2 business days and USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days. 

For expedited shipping, there will be an option at checkout.

For international orders, customs clearance is not included at checkout. You may have to pay the carrier duties and taxes when you receive the packages.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At Kassy we only accept returns for store credit or exchanges ONLY if the item(s) you received were incorrect, damaged, or defective. Contact us immediately upon reception if there is a problem with your ordered items. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package for returns and exchanges.

To start a return of our product(s), email us at info@kaasyla.com In the email, please state the reason for your return. Once approved, from there we will give you instructions as well as the address to ship back your purchase. Once we receive your purchase for returns, we will issue you store credit. 

Items that are sent back to us without a return/exchange request or approval will not be accepted.
